• To secure the date of your event we require a deposit of £50.

Full payment for the remaining balance must be made 14 days prior to the event and in addition to this we require a damage deposit of £50.

  • Providing there are no damages to any of our equipment on collection we will refund your damage deposit via BACS within 48 hours of the party.


Cancellation policy

  • Dream Away Teepees require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the date of the party for cancellations. No refunds will be given to cancellations made within 14 days of the event. If you unfortunately have to cancel due to sickness then we will help to transfer your event date to another suitable date depending on our availability. The deposit which secures the date at the time of booking is non refundable.

Set up and dismantle arrangements

  • Dream Away Teepees will agree a pre-arranged time to come and set up/dismantle your slumber party/Bell tent/Luxe picnic event upon your booking being made and your deposit securing your party being paid.  As a general guide Friday set ups will be between 9am-2.30pm and they will be collected between 9am-12pm the following day. Saturday setups will be between 9am-5.30pm and they will be collected between 9am-12pm the following day. Any bookings made during weekdays will follow the same set up times as Friday setups.

  • Dream Away Teepees politely request that all areas are clean and cleared ready for our arrival to set up.


  • All equipment remains the property of Dream Away Teepees at all times.

  • Please DO NOT allow pets on our equipment and we ask that you adhere to a NO SMOKING policy while the teepees are set up in your property. Shoes must also be removed before entering teepees/bell tents. Any stains/smells that require extra cleaning will mean your damage deposit is not refunded and should this not cover the cost of cleaning or replacement additional charges will be invoiced to the hirer.

  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide all the necessary information required on the booking form at the time of booking. This includes but is not limited to, informing Dream Away Teepees of where the equipment will be installed including the floor level and the proximity of parking.

  • It is the responsibility of the person(s) hiring the equipment to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to avoid injury or prevent damage to the equipment. The hirer must ensure that all of the equipment maintains its original condition for collection the next day. Any damage or loss to items will be charged.

  • All sizes quoted are approximate.

  • Dream Away Teepees has the right to substitute hired equipment with similar equipment without notice in the event of previous loss or damage.

  • Equipment shall only be used for the intended hire purposes. Hanging or climbing on the tent will cause damage, is dangerous and MUST NOT be allowed.

  • Dream Away Teepees recommend the use of our teepees for sleepover purposes for children over the age of 5 years, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure any children under this recommended age are supervised at all times.

  • All shoes should be removed before entering the teepees/bell tents.

  • All equipment set up indoors and intended for that use must remain indoors at all times during the hire period.

  • Dream Away Teepees reserves the right to remove equipment should they feel that the customers conduct or use of the equipment be dangerous to themselves, anyone using the equipment or the safety of the hired equipment. In this case all equipment will be removed and no refund will be given.

  • At no time will any level of abuse be tolerated towards Dream Away Teepees staff.

  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure you have adequate space for the equipment you hire so that installation can go ahead as planned.
